Identifying the challenge
When a client approaches us intending to raise an X amount of funds or a strategic advisory requirement, the first step in the process involves a diligent review of the problem. This includes checking if X number of funds is sufficient to meet the stated requirement, the funding mix – whether equity or debt, source of capital, market risks, and a thorough analysis of underlying factors that contributed to the current challenges. This step follows a logical action plan created by consultants who are experts in the client’s domain. The action plan is also put to feasibility tests and modified for optimum results before presenting the plan/solutions to the client

Delivering the Solutions
After presenting the solutions, we engage in collaborative discussions with the client to ensure that the recommendations align with the client’s scope and limitations. This step is critical in the process as this consensus is the bedrock of converting our plans into action. Once the client approves the mandate, we initiate the implementation process. Ranging from securing necessary funds to identifying investors to finding avenues for collaborating with business and technology partners, we customize a host of solutions to match the client's requirements.

Completing the implementation
This step of the solution implementation process involves progress tracking, real-time involvement with the investors/banks, execution of advised strategies, meeting set milestones, and addressing any and all concerns that arise during fundraising rounds. Even after completing the necessary terms of our services, we take an active role in tracking the progress of the client and do regular audits to ensure the effectiveness of the solutions.
